All orders will be processed and shipped within a 48-hour window from the time the order is received by the Company. Orders selected for UPS Next Day shipping that are placed before 1:00PM EST will ship the same day, providing the order has matching shipping and billing addresses. Please note that all orders must clear the fraud protection program, which may result in additional order processing delays. Nifty Genius is not responsible for any shipment delays caused by clearing times for orders passing through the fraud protection system. If you select UPS Next Day shipping on a Friday, please be advised that your package will not be delivered until Monday. Saturday delivery is available in only certain geographic regions and must be requested by e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org .
Shipping and Processing Fees:
Expedited shipping is available- rates will be calculated at checkout depending on package weight and destination
All returns within 30 days of the order shipment date will be issued a merchandise credit or full refund to the original form of payment.
Returns made after 30 days of the order shipment date will receive a merchandise credit ONLY.
All items returned should have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unidentified returns will be returned to the sender.

Once the returned product with RMA number arrives in our warehouse, it may take 7-10 business days to process. It normally does not take this long, however in some cases it may. All returns/exchanges are processed as quickly as possible.
Please return all items, including the dust bag, extra laces and box. When you try them on, stand on a carpeted surface to ensure fit & protect the soles. Nifty Genius will not accept returns/exchanges if there is evidence that your purchase is dirty or has been worn outdoors.
Bags / Accessories
All packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, pillow inserts and leather tags should be included with your return.
Grooming products can be returned unopened in the original packaging.
Please note, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any open Skincare, Haircare, or Fragrance items due to health reasons. Please make your selections carefully.
Technology products should be returned in the original packaging.

Exchanges / Replacements: After inspection, the return is then processed through our system (3-5 business days) and a replacement item(s) will be issued and will ship via UPSGround. If your item fails to meet our return criteria, we will contact you with your options to proceed.
Refunds: After inspection, the return is then processed through our system (3-5 business days) and credit card refunds typically will show anywhere from 3-7 days after processing however, time is dependent on each customer’s financial institution. If your item fails to meet our return criteria, we will contact you with your options to proceed.
Exchanges, credits and refunds issued will be for the item purchase price only. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state laws.
Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.
