Shipping & Returns


Shipping:

All orders will be processed and shipped within a 48-hour window from the time the order is received by the Company. Orders selected for UPS Next Day shipping that are placed before 1:00PM EST will ship the same day, providing the order has matching shipping and billing addresses. Please note that all orders must clear the fraud protection program, which may result in additional order processing delays. Nifty Genius is not responsible for any shipment delays caused by clearing times for orders passing through the fraud protection system.  If you select UPS Next Day shipping on a Friday, please be advised that your package will not be delivered until Monday. Saturday delivery is available in only certain geographic regions and must be requested by e-mailing info@nifty-genius.com.

Expedited shipping is available- rates will be calculated at checkout depending on package weight and destination

Return / Refund Policy:

All items returned within 15 days of original purchase at full price will be refunded in full.   All items must be unworn and in original condition of purchase, see below for product return details. Note, cars and watches are excluded.

Nifty Genius will NOT cover the cost of return shipping on any domestic RETURNS. Purchases made with promo codes are NOT eligible for return.  Purchases made with promo codes are eligible for EXCHANGE only. 

 

Returns made after 30 days of the order shipment date will receive a merchandise credit ONLY.

All items returned should have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, see below how to obtain an RMA number. 

 

Refunds: Once the order is received and inspected, the return is then processed through our system (3-5 business days) and credit card refunds typically will show anywhere from 3-7 days after processing however, time is dependent on each customer’s financial institution. If your item fails to meet our return criteria, we will contact you with your options to proceed. Refunds issued will be for the item purchase price only. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state laws.  Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.

 

Exchanges / Replacement Policy:

Nifty Genius will cover shipping on domestic EXCHANGES within 15 days of original purchase. For all exchanges, you must request the desired item.  Promo codes ARE eligible for exchange.  

All items returned should have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, see below how to obtain an RMA number. 

ReplacementsOnce the order is received and inspected, the return is then processed through our system (3-5 business days) and a replacement item(s) will be issued and will ship via UPSGround. You can expedite your order at your expense.  If your item fails to meet our return criteria, we will contact you with your options to proceed.

 

 

RMA

All items returned should have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unidentified returns will be returned to the sender.

To get an RMA number please contact: info@nifty-genius.com with the subject line RETURN or EXCHANGE.  

For all returns please note the reason and be very specific, as we take all comments / concerns seriously to improve our customer satisfaction.  

For all exchanges please include the style number, size and color you would like to replace.  

Once the returned product with RMA number arrives in our warehouse, it may take 7-10 business days to process. It normally does not take this long, however in some cases it may. All returns/exchanges are processed as quickly as possible.

Footwear

Please return all items, including the dust bag, extra laces and box. When you try them on, stand on a carpeted surface to ensure fit & protect the soles. Nifty Genius will not accept returns/exchanges if there is evidence that your purchase is dirty or has been worn outdoors.

Bags / Accessories

All packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, pillow inserts and leather tags should be included with your return.

Apothecary

Grooming products can be returned unopened in the original packaging.

Please note, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any open Skincare, Haircare, or Fragrance items due to health reasons. Please make your selections carefully. 

Technology

Technology products should be returned in the original packaging.

Eyewear

Please return all items, including the dust cloth, bag or box.
